Mr. Chapman hold a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University and a and Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport. His current real estate holdings include nearly $13.5 Million of Assets Under Management, $5 Million of that being his personal portfolio of 60+ rental units in South Louisiana that cash flow over $120K a year. While single handedly building this portfolio over the last 3 years he has also interviewed over 110 successful real estate investors on his podcast which has been downloaded nearly 13,000 times.
